Backing Up Your Data

Protect yourself from data loss; regularly back up important files (including your Lotus Notes archive!) to CD, DVD, or a removable drive (hard drive or flash drive). The following videos will walk you through saving files to these alternate locations:

Backing up Files to an External Drive (Jump Drive or CD)

Nero CD Burning
Save Lotus Notes Archive to a Jump Drive

And remember: always check to see that your file was copied successfully before deleting data from your local hard drive!
